Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ecoshop, we value fast and smooth delivery of your order.

Handling time:
We will process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. Please note that this time is not included in the estimated delivery time.

Delivery time:
Your order will be delivered within 5–10 business days from the time the package is shipped.
We always strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Therefore, please check that your delivery details are correct.

Returns:
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not offer free return labels , and the customer is responsible for return postage.

If an order is returned after 14 days, half the amount will be deducted from the refund. The product must be unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return conditions:
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been used, damaged, washed or modified. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

How to make a return:
Contact us at info@ecoshopsy.com to start a return.
After approval, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that we cannot accept items without prior approval.

Wrong delivery:
If you have received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours via info@ecoshopsy.com  Defects not reported within this time frame do not qualify for compensation or re-delivery.

Original shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within seven business days of receiving the return.

Fees:
The customer is responsible for return postage.

Damage and defects:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. For defective items, please notify us within 24 hours.

Redelivery of defective goods:
If an item is defective, we can offer a free replacement if the fault is reported within 30 days. After that, only a replacement is offered. Faults caused by misuse or accidents are not covered.

Changes:
Return the faulty item. Once the return is approved, we will process a new order. Shipping cost for exchange: 60 SEK.

Refunds:
After receiving the return, the item will be inspected and we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made via the original payment method. The time may vary depending on the bank or card company.

If the item is damaged upon receipt, please send a photo or video as proof. If the address is incorrect, we can offer a re-delivery.

Cancellations:
Order can be cancelled or changed within 60 minutes after it is placed. Contact us at info@ecoshopsy.com with order number.

Unclaimed or refused packages:
If the package is refused or cannot be delivered, SEK 350 will be charged for administrative fees from the shipping company. Packages must be picked up and sent to the return address after contacting customer service.
